Maxell Japan, a division of Hitachi has announced yet another iPod dock. The MXSP-2000 has the a iPod docking port at the top and can play music from the stereo mini input as well. As for the main speaker it is 35mm wide and the two way speakers are 75mm wide which deliver an output of 10W x 2 Ch. It has a built in AM / FM tuner and a clock with sleep function. The dock comes with a fully functional remote control allowing you to search for music and even fine tune the bass and treble.

The Maxell MXSP-2000 measures 385×202×166mm and weighs 3.6 kgs. It will be available in Japan from June 25 for 15,000 Yen ($ 125).
