Man allegedly murdered due to insult on twitter

Twitter_murder.jpg In my book the whole social networking bit is getting a little more ridiculous day by day and this next bit of information only confirms that. A man was charged with murder because of an apparent insult directed at another twitter user. Kwame Dancy a 22 year old was shot in the neck with a shot gun (are you kidding!!!???) and the authorities have assumed, fellow twitter user Jameg Blake (22 as well) may have committed this crime as the two individuals were having an argument on twitter. Their messages could be used as evidence against the accused who has pleaded non guilty to the charges. In a message, Dancy apparently threatened to give up Blake’s address to someone and that was also his very last message before he was killed. I’m not sure what’s going on with the world today, but this is absolutely flat out ridiculous that a twitter account may be used in a court of law as incriminating evidence against someone.
