Macbook's run pretty hot, and a German Macbook owner found this the hard way. The user left the Macbook relatively unattended when watching a movie, apparently the Macbook got so hot that it actually began to melt. We have heard of them catching fire and swelling but it is the first instance of the Macbook actually melting.The German user has contacted Apple and is awaiting a replacement. I can only imagine drowsing off with the Macbook on my lap.
