Mac swallowed nearly all of PC’s premium market last month

Apple_mac.jpg Am not much of an economist but it surely kicks me hard on that little part of my brain that does calculations every time I see PC and Mac in the same write-up. It seems that the impact of the Apple Macs has been the main cause for a slump in the Windows PC market (if any). According to a study, 9 out of 10 dollars were spent on premium PCs (>$1000) went into Apple funds. This means that over 90% of the premium market has been dominated by Mac for a month. How long will this happen we do not know.

Premium PCs have been selling over the top in spite of the economic slump that’s hit home. However, with figures like this Apple will surely feel perched well on top of the rest.
