Logitech Wireless Guitar Controller for Guitar Her

wireless_guitar_controller_1.jpg Strumming the guitar is a talent that not all have, but that doesn't deter them from using Guitar Hero to do a Rock Star impersonation. Probably that's the reason Logitech is announcing the Wireless Guitar Controller Premium for Guitar Hero. In an attempt to give you the authentic feel, the neck has been crafted from real wood, the frets and tuning peg handles are metal and the fingerboard is rosewood. The biggest USP is the virtually silent controls; the Strum Bar is quiet as a whisper, and the fret buttons don't go click-crazy. You'll hear more music, and less controller. The touch sensitive Neck Slider and Star Power button let you take advantage of all the features of Guitar Hero World Tour—in the game and in the Music Studio. (The game is sold separately.)

The Logitech Wireless Guitar Controller for Guitar Hero is compatible with PS2 and PS3. It comes with a GHz wireless USB receiver for both of them. Logitech claims that two AA batteries give you enough juice to perform a festival's worth of hits, encores included. The range of the guitar is 30 feet and it comes with a protective gig bag to secure it. You can get it for $250.
