Dell is all set to please movie buffs first with the X-Men Gaming Desktop and now with the Superman themed Alienware Limited Edition desktops and notebooks based on the highly anticipated Superman Returns. The Area-51 Superman Edition Desktop is powered by Dual Core Pentium D processor and features Intel ViiV technology with graphics powered by ATi. It features case artwork by DC Comics artist Tommy Lee. The fully customizable desktop is expected to ship by July 3. The Area-51 notebook is powered Centrino Duo processor and features the iconic Superman logo on the lid. The notebook is fully customizable and will ship by July 10.

Available in limited numbers only 350 laptops and 250 notebooks are available. Both of the machines will include a Superman desktop theme, and certificate of authenticity. The desktop will also include an exclusive mouse pad. Prices for the desktop start at $ 1899 and notebook at $ 2539.
