LG Time Machine series of Plasma and LCD-TVs

LG has just announced the launch of 5 extremely gorgeous screens (understatement) in Korea. Oh, how we wish that these would hit the American and global shores. These are suitably nicknamed as 3rd Generation or time machines. If the titles maybe hard hitting then the features will blow you off. These futuristic marvels provide support to two HD channels (thanks to two HD tuners). They provide with capability to record from one screen while viewing the other. They also have USB 2.0 support and a 160GB storage hard drive. The HD1080p television sets are available as 50-inch (50PB3DR) and 60-inch (60PY3DR) plasmas screens in the embedded PVR section or 37-inch (37LY3DR), 42-inch (42LY3DR), and 47-inch (47LY3DR) LCDs. Surely, it will be a hard time for many to pick between the five.
The prices of the systems are as follows: the LCDs can cost anything between 2,500,000KRW ($2,650) and 4,700,000KRW ($4,982) while the 50inch PDP can cost you 4,000,000KRW ($4,240) and the 60 incher claiming to be worth 8,900,000KRW ($9,435).

I saw these here in Brazil today... Boy was I surprised... And they had a very good pricing tag too, unlike most electronics around here...
