LG Prada phone (official pics)

Prada's partnership with LG is showing result as official pics of the Prada phone are finally out. As we had mentioned earlier the Prada phone is a modified version of the LG KE850 handset which bears a close resemblence to the Apple iPhone. The phone has a 3.0 inch wide touchscreen, 2 Megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, Micro SD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 and a media player. Glowing icons on the face of the phone disappear when not in use to reveal a pure, un-adulterated black exterior. The phone will come preloaded with exclusive Prada content including a classy B&W theme, ringtones and an exclusive leather case, inspired by the classic Italian craftsmen tradition.


The LG Prada phone measures 98.8 × 54 × 12 mm and rides on GSM Tri-Band (900/1800/1900) frequency along with EDGE. The phone will be avaialble at select Prada stores in the UK, France, Germany and Italy as of late February, 2007 for 600 Euros ($ 780) and Asian markets by March 07.

    Go on, I DARE you to be the first web site to say that the LG phone came BEFORE the iPhone.

    You all say something like "[LGs] resembles the iPhone" which suggests you are actually saying "it's a copycat product".

    How can the LG be a copycat phone? Apple did not release ANY information about the iPhone. It also takes a considerable amount of time to design a phone. They didn't knock this out in a couple of days after seeing the iPhone.

    u really dont know what companies are capable of doing to win market.. just by looking of the product iphone vs LG-prada they look very similar on touchscreen and on camera style they differ in funcionality, iphone its more creative , i think someone from apple gave up some info to the LG at the same time that they were making of the product development.. either wise we are just guessing.. cus we dont know the answer n never will.
    Reality on business its cruel.
