Lenovo's Thinkvision L2440p 24 is the winning green monitor
The first thing a new inventor has to keep in mind is to start inventing things like their forefathers did – with shorter names. For instance, Lenovo has now introduced this extremely environmental friendly, nature-loving monitor. What is it called? Thinkvision L2440p 24 inch widescreen monitor. By the time you end it, the salesman could have snoozed twice! Back to this green innovation, it is something Lenovo has introduced that uses only 30 watts of power using a light booster technology. The design makes the LCD light used more efficiently while also achieving the same amount of lightness (however that's done).
It also has 33 per cent mercury reduction and has the EPEAT certification which is like the Sachin Tendulkar in green certification. The monitor is about $320 at Amazon and has features like screen pivoting, rotation and height adjustment. The screen is also big and bright with 1900 by 1200 resolution. No need for a TV anymore. And you know what that means? Tomorrow Chang from Sony is going to invent THE coolest TV with EVERYTHING in it tomorrow.
