I am sure the bling aficionados would have frowned upon the Android fiesta that took over CES this year. Lenovo’s P717 Luxury Dual Smartphone seemed to have come in just at the right time. This luxury gadget has a dab of 18 carat pink gold all over its back with a gem joystick. It packs in Sharp’s 3.2-inch touchscreen with HVGA resolution, a MicroSD card and dual SIM card slots. There is just a 3 megapixel camera which is bit of a disappointment as the current industry standard for any high end phone would be 5 MP and above. This smartphone would also be available in an understated steel chassis for those who do not have the desire or cash for the luxury edition. No word on availability and pricing.
