Laptops in "checkpoint friendly" bags and sleeves need not Security Check at Airports

airport-security.jpg It's quite a bother when you have hand luggage, laptop, dirty boots and belt and line up for security check at airports. All of the mentioned have to be removed from person and passed through the X-Ray on a luggage tray. It's all ok if you're traveling with company, but if you're alone, then keeping track of your belongings, can be quite a challenge. A little bit of reprieve comes from The Transportation Security Administration, who is pressing manufacturers to produce "checkpoint friendly" bags and sleeves. These new approved sleeves should sport simple design without multiple compartments and pockets that would obstruct an X-ray machine's view. This move will allow airline passengers to run their laptops through the screening without removing them from their bags.
