There is a lot to like about the JVC Everio GZ-MG840; the camcorder comes with 60GB HDD. Weighs just around 305g and can record up to 16 hours of MPEG-2 video. Users can also record on microSD or microSDHC cards for additional memory. It features a 1/6’’ CCD Sensor with a 32x Optical zoom, and can be controlled by the 2.7’’ LCD Screen. JVC has also announced the GZ-MG880, which comes with a 120GB HDD allowing you to record up to 28hours and 40 minutes video.

The new JVC GZ-MG880 is estimated to cost around $814 and the GZ-MG840 will cost around $762. It comes in three colors pink, grey, and dark blue; it has a dimensions of 54x113x68mm.
