Jaguar XJ costs 200,000 GBP and is fit for the aristocrats
The new XJ is a luxury limo with a radical sporty low-lung coupe looks. It has new generation petrol and diesel engines giving a fuel economy of 40 miles a gallon. The body of the car is light-weight and 50% of the body is made from recycled materials. The entry level car is priced at GBP 52,000 (US$ 84,280) sporting a 3 liter V6 engine and has a mileage of 40 mpg. The high end GBP 88,000 is a 5 liter V8 engine, petrol supercharged and a long wheel-base version. The cars have a 6 speed automatic gearbox and can reach 60 mph in less than 5 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph which is artificially limited.
What I love is the interiors! It has a perfect combination of chrome and piano-black trim making it sparkle like gems and eye-catching crafted leather and veneer surfaces. It has a hi-definition TV with dual technology on an 8-inch touch screen. With 1200 watts of sound power and a 20 speaker surround sound, it is nothing less than a concert hall! The cockpit is curved giving you the feeling of sitting in a Riveria Boat. The dials of the dashboard has been replaced with hi-tech virtual computer generated instruments on a 12.3 inch screen. The boot is big at 520 liters! Whatever it is, whoever is going to drive it, the Jaguar XJ is truly beautiful and really exhilarating to drive. The Jaguar brand previously owned by Ford is now from the House of Tata’s who has also brought to the world the US $2,500 Nano – the common man’s car!
