iPhone releases the inflation application
We all have been hearing our grandparents say that in their times a movie would be costing only a nickel or so and they how hard it was for them and the comforts they had. Well, the iPhone has come out with an application that will calculate how much some thing bought maybe a 5 decades ago would be worth now in the present. Integrity Logic has brought the inflation calculator application for the iPhone. The application knows the inflation rates for the US dollar, the British pound, the Canadian dollar and the New Zealand dollar. The inflation calculator holds a database of these currencies over the past one hundred years. Imagine you spent $5000 in the year 1979 for something and present value would be around $14, 827!
There are also plans to expand this to the countries that are in the Euro Zone and also updating the application when new inflation rates come out or atleast once a year. The Inflation app costs 99 cents from the Apple App Store. Well just think, you can tell your grand kids that you got the inflation calculator for just less than a dollar for your Apple iPhone which would be obsolete by then.
