Here is an iPhone application dedicated to the new years eve party. It is called iChampagne 2008 and is the brainchild of a Japanese developer 'Appliya,'. All it requires is a couple of shakes to open the champagne bottle and get the bubbles flowing. For a buck it is much cheaper alternative to getting a $200 Champagne and opening it in the living room.
