Now let’s get serious for a just a minute. Inception wasn’t all that bad a movie. The special effects were fantastic even if some of the acting was a bit corny and over the top. The plot, well... what can I say, it wasn’t original. Hey don’t take my word for it; It seems that Chris Nolan got the idea from a Disney comic strip. Starring that amiable but loud Donald Duck and his no nonsense, secretly a sweetheart but doesn’t want anyone to know uncle, Scrooge McDuck, the story was called ‘the Dream of a Lifetime’. The plot is quite similar to the movies, the nasty Beagle Boys invade Scrooge’s dreams thanks to Gyro’s invention and Donald has to go into the dream to save Scrooge from revealing combination to his vault. Maybe this was mentioned at the end of the credits. I don’t remember staying in the theatre that long though? Did you?
