Human Killer chip has been denied patent

human_killer_chip.jpg Here’s something that a SAW fan would really like to grab. It’s a chip that has two basic models. The first one has a GPS tracking system which, when inserted under the skin of victims, manages to track them down on the base station (which is likely controlled by authorities, serial killers, whoever). The more interesting part is the second model which contains a small dose of cyanide that is injected into the bloodstream of the subject, should the authorities feel the need. However, the chip has been denied a patent since it seems to be too brutal for German authorities.

However, we will look out for this one making it to some gore or violent movie. I wouldn’t mind one though. Just belling the cat would be a task.
