This could be how your new HTC phone may look like for the better part of next year. Frankly to me it looks no different from the current HTC Touch interface besides it being white. Nevertheless, it's intended for internal testing and usage only and the files, floating around the Internet aren't intend to be installed on current production devices. If you are not a developer, better don't install anything yet.
