Hop-on has announced that it will be unveiling a remarkably inexpensive Google Android phone at CES 2009. That trade show is scheduled for January in Las Vegas and based on Hop-on's pedigree; it wouldn't be a surprise if this will be a basic-looking phone. According to the company, the handset is set to debut at CES. Hop-on also claimed that it would be selling the phone for less than $200--not a bad deal, considering that the company generally sells unlocked devices.
