Honda’s new exoskeletons can walk and lift

honda_exoskeletons.jpg Here’s to human empowerment and to those creeps who envied super villains with cool prosthetics that empowered them. This new exoskeleton from Honda will take you one step closer to achieving the ultimate goal of moving around town with robotically empowered limbs. There are two prototypes of this device already released, tried and reviewed. The first prototype of this robotic contraption, called the Stride Management apparatus, consists of a wearable device that comes to the aid of the disabled and the aged. The second one helps people walk as well as to lift heavy objects.

I hope that mankind doesn’t make the worst of these wonderful inventions to turn themselves into robot empowered monsters. On a more serious note, the one’s for whom these are made will always be thankful for the same.
