Heated socks sounds like a great way to keep your extremities nice and toasty. By that concept I don’t mean socks that you warm up in am microwave or over a stove, but this new tech called the Heat Sock EX system. It’s a simple idea actually that mainly consists of three parts a battery pack, wires and of course a good pair of socks. As you can imagine it’s not rocket science to figure out that the wires go from the battery to the socks to generate heat. There are also variable settings on the battery pack itself to adjust the amount of heat directed to your toasty toes. One report brought up a very important concern, what a shocking development it could turn out to be if your feet get wet. The second shock would come when you get the bill for them. The Heat Sock EX system will cost your feet $265 to keep warm.
