Grundig B700 - Linux communicator with QWERTY keyboard
The Grundig B700 is one phone I am looking forward to checking out. Based on a Linux platform, the triband GSM phone also supports EDGE. It has 2.0 megapixel camera with flash and 4x digital zoom along with video recording. It has support for Bluetooth, USB and also has a POP3 Email Push client. It has a 2.45 inch display supporting 262k colors with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. Pretty much everything a PDA lover can seek and find to keep him from complaining. The QWERTY keyboard has its novelty as well. With 100 MB of user memory available and micro SD card slot, you can have a fair share of storage. The B700 comes with a FM radio too, very unique for a smartphone I must say. Its Lithium Ion battery provides 150 mins of talktime and 250 hours of standby time.
The Grundig B700 measures 105x68x10 mm and weighs 89 grams. However availability and pricing of the smartphone is not known yet.
