GPS technology in shoes to track Alzheimer’s patients

gps-in-alzheimers-shoes.jpg Alzheimer patients are like small children in the house. It is very difficult to keep a track of them. They tend to live in their own world and can wander off if you don’t keep a track of them. Aetrex Worldwide and GTS Corp have now teamed up to put GPS transmitters inside shoes. It is a very brilliant and simple solution. These devices are accurate within 30 feet and safety zones can be kept. So as soon as the patient leaves the safety zone, they can be easily found.
