Fujitsu's new LifeBook P8000 series looks divine in that high-gloss "diamond black" finish. It sports a thinner lid with LED backlighting and features an embedded webcam and boasts of a 12" screen rather than the 10.4" of its predecessor. A bit anorexic at less than 3 lbs, it includes both (1.8") hard drive and optical drive. According to the company, LifeBook P8000 gets 6.5 hours of battery life running Vista.

Fujitsu LifeBook P8010 will cost around $1,700 when it ships the first week in February.
