Ferrari 612 Scaglietti pimped for a geek

A car like the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti needs no modifications personally I would prefer mine without an audio system as the racing sound of its engine is hypnotic for me. However the power of hundereds of horses under the hood is not enough for a geek. At the 40th Tokyo motor show a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti was fitted with the latest from Bose has a hard drive loaded car entertainment unit. An interesting feature is the proximity sensor which performs the relative action as you move your hand closer to the unit. As seen in the picture after the jump the menu for the knob automatically shows up once the user moves his fingers towards it. Coming to the specs it can play DVD movies with SACD support, Rip audio CD's to the onboard hard drive, connects to the iPod and supports Bluetooth for cell phones. It is loaded with 'uMusic' a feature which keeps tracks of the users favourite songs, genre etc and arranges them in the playlist accordingly. This 612 comes with 80mm speakers, 255m subwoofers bringing the total to 11 speakers.
