The Epson P-4500 is a much needed upgrade to the P-4000 Photo viewer launched in September 05. Unlike it's predecessor which was only a photoviewer the P-4500 can play a variety of audio and video formats thus making a fully functional PMP too. It can playback MP3 files, MPEG 1/2/4 video and Divx files. The 3.8 inch LCD is 1.5 times brighter than the P-4000. You can store all your favourite songs and a couple of videos in it's huge 80GB hard drive. Files can easily be transferred via the SD and Compact Flash card slots. It connects to the host via USB 2.0 and comes with a remote controlled ear phone.

It's battery last for 3.5 hours while playing MP3 and Audio and 6 hours in photo viewing. The Epson P4500 will be available from 20th April for 70,000 Yen ($ 600)
