Currently available in China it does not have 3G or Wi-Fi and runs on a custom version of Google Android operating system. The Mini 3i has a 3.5 inch touchscreen supporting a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, Bluetooth, 3 Megapixel camera and a Micro SD card slot.
