Dell all set to enter smartphone market with the Pharos Traveller 117 and 127

Asus.JPG Dell is all geared up in coming out with its own version of a smartphones, the Pharos Traveller 117 and 127. These phones are set to be manufactured by Inventec. They will feature a 2-megapixel camera along with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing unit for video calling. The Traveller 127 will feature a full QWERTY keyboard while the 117 will be a touchscreen device. Both the devices will feature fast connectivity at 7.2Mbps HSDPA networks, assisted GPS capabilities and Windows Mobile 6.1 with the Microsoft Office Mobile suite.

The Dell Pharos Traveller series will feature talktime of four hours, and 200 hours of standby time. Dell is not even revealing the device as of yet so obviously prices are unknown.
