Dell is all set to launch the much hyped Adamo super slim laptop. The Adamo has a 13.4-inch super-thin screen and comes with an aluminum shell, that helps make it super-light but durable. The spec comprises of an Intel Core 2 Duo U9300 with integrated Intel X4500 graphics, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, and 128GB SSD hard drive. Also comes with integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, and is currently rated for 5+ hours of battery life. It also has 2 USB ports+USB/eSATA combo port, and connects to DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA and DVI with optional cables.

The Dell Adamo is expected to start shipping in the US on the 26th March. We’ll have to wait in the UK for an official launch date, which we’re expecting to be later rather than sooner. The super-slim laptop set to rival the MacBook Air, announced and priced at $2,000.
