The first lesson that we are taught in Grade School when we learn about computers is about keeping good posture. Unfortunately, this lesson is not repeated in High School or College. As time progresses our dependence on the machine increases and so does our bodily miseries. According to recent study the number of Britons suffering backache has more than doubled in a decade. I am sure this report will hold good every other nation in this world, because computer-related illnesses is a world-wide phenomena and mostly we ourselves are to be blamed. Statistics state that headaches have risen by 50 per cent and eye-watering in people has risen to one billion a year. Women are more likely to suffer than men, with 53 per cent enduring a headache at least once a month, compared to 35 per cent of men.
