Club Watt generates power from dancers on the floor
When club goers hit the dance floor at Club Watt the energy produced by their moving feet lights up the LED dance floor. It’s not a special effect that we are talking about, rather the new club does this by generating power merely by making its occupants dance, which allows it to save 30% on energy consumption. There is also a rainwater catch system to use in the toilets, which is expected to save 1000 cubic meters of water per year.
