Given the present state of the economy, we see companies digressing into different segments but a game developer like Capcom getting into the restaurant business still caught us by surprise. They are teaming up with he karaoke chain Pasela to open up the Capcom Bar in Tokyo's Shinjuku Ward on January 25. The entertainment bar will allow patrons to try out the latest CAPCOM games, order from a special menu inspired by Capcom titles, and buy character goods. Besides it will also host events such as talk shows with their development staff and their live web broadcast Hagitoko.
