Canon ventures into the Media View Market again, with two Media Storage models, the M30 and M80. The M30 comes in with storage of 30GB while the M80 comes in with an 80GB hard drive. Both devices have the typical Canon UI, so die hard Canon fans and users will find themselves on familiar ground. The brilliant 262,000 color LCD display is a good 3.7”, wide enough to accommodate every member of the family gathered around the Christmas. We also have a 160 degree viewing angle. These Canons also have a good 300 cd/m2 brightness and a 250:1 contrast ratio. One of the main disadvantage is the size and weight as it is a serious photographer on the move has a Macbook loaded with Photoshop.

Procing and availability of the Canon M30 and M80 is not known yet.
