Bushnell BackTrack GPS for those who lose their cars instead of their keys

bushnell_backtrack.jpg The Bushnell BackTrack aims to counteract these Memento movie like lapses in short-term memory by pairing a digital compass with a high sensitivity SIRF Star III GPS receiver. The BackTrack, once set with any of three location modes will guide you back to a marked spot with directional arrows and distance estimations as your guide. Simple, two-button operation has a backlight, which assures you are never left lost in the dark. Weather resistant, Self-calibrating compass, GPS tracking works both in and out of city operations.

The Bushnell BackTrack will be available in pink or black, at the price of $69. However, twitchy fingers can sometimes erase original locations, rendering the BackTrack useless. If you do not remember to set your location, you are surely lost. Aside from being a compass and a GPS tracker, it does nothing else. Needs AAA batteries, demands backups if you need consistent performance.
