Bugatti Veyron Targa

Bugatti is planning to launch a $ 1.9 million version of the Veyron supercar in 2008. It will be receiving a glass roof engineered by Webasto who gave Volkswagen Eos its folding roof. However the glass roof does not automatically retract and stows onboard you have to manually remove it and keep it in the garage because of the Veyron's tightly packed design. An expandable fabric cover slides in place of the glass cover to protect the interiors. To comphensate for the added weight of the glass roof the car will be have carbon hood and doors — bringing the weight back to down to the coupe's level.
The trademark acceleration figures will remain unchanged but inspite of paying a premium you get a glass roof that has to be manually removed and the worst part is the top speed will be electronically limited to 217 mph compared to the cars regular speed of 250 mph for safety reasons.
