Bridgestone unveils thinnest two color electronic paper
Japanese tyre manufacturer Bridgestone has showcased the world's thinnest electronic paper which can display two colors. The panel baseplate is made from plastic instead of glass. Till now e-paper was monochrome but Bridgestone has developed the color electronic powder fluid using a new technology which allows the addition of two colors - Red and Yellow. With time it will be possible to add more colors. The e-paper is just 0.29 mm thick, lightweight and can be bend easily.
