Bluetribe stylish Bluetooth headphones with interchangeable earpads

Headphones.JPG Sigma-Apo, a Japanese based company, has launched the Bluetribe Bluetooth headphone. It is a new Bluetooth 2.1 Headphone, with a built-in microphone and two-way connection. The headphones allow users to have conversations when used with compatible handsets. The headphone is SCMS-T compatible, allowing it to receive 1Seg broadcasts. The benefits of the interchangeable earpads are a mystery, but it is offered as a regular donut shape and a sci-fi diamond shape earpad. Controls on the right headphone include power, play, pause, stop, and track up or down as well as volume adjustment buttons. Battery life is rated at 11 hours when listening to music or making phone calls, while maximum range is rated at about 33 feet.

The Bluetribe is also available with an iPhone/iPod adapter. They should be available at the end of this month for about 9,980 yen or $112, only in Japan. So don’t expect it elsewhere as of yet.
