There isn’t really long for you to wait if your looking for a new technology to come out there to impress you. Bluetooth 4.0 is the sh*t and everyone’s going to be leaping over the new devices that come out with the technology, as soon as Q4, this year. It will first be used in simple devices like watches that use coin-cell batteries. It will adopt low-energy specification for ‘the transmission of small bursts of data in addition to the high-speed data transfer capabilities introduced with Bluetooth 3.0 last April.’ It will also provide with Bluetooth-to Wi-fi capability.

There’s a lot to look forward to with Bluetooth 3.0 having already charmed a fair bit of folks, the new technology will soon seep in and for good measure too.
