BlackBerry is sponsoring upcoming world tour of U2
U2’s upcoming world tour for the album ‘No line on the Horizon’ is being sponsored by none other than BlackBerry. There are no financial details available but a sponsorship of the world tour is not going to be cheap for sure. But BlackBerry is bound to see the sales of their handsets increase with the kind of goodies that can be expected because of this sponsorship. I am already having ideas in my mind of the commercials, BlackBerry devices preloaded with U2 music and videos and even U2 apps in the upcoming BlackBerry App World. The tour will feature a 360 degree stadium design which will allow spectators a great view from any angle. U2 will open their first show in Barcelona on June 30th. This is going be a good show. I can already visualize fans of U2 lining up phone stores for their BlackBerry sets!
