There was no new color introduction by Nintendo during the E3 press conference or anywhere else in the continent of North America. But Japan was lucky. It got its own mini-megaton in the form of a new black Wii system which is bound to be released on August 1 in Japan. Even the accessories including the Wiimote, Classic Controller and the Classic Controller Pro will also be released in black to coordinate with the new system and in a way extract more greens from the people who already own a Wii. It does not end there. Looks like Nintendo is really trying to get its bank balances high during the tough financial times by releasing a red DSi system in the region on July 11. Unfortunately as always there is still no announcement on the other regions of the planet. Guess Nintendo is not interested on the other regions.
