IBM has filed for patent on technology that will heighten our reflexes so fast that we can actually dodge bullets. The present invention is for protection from projectiles fired from a firearm. The Bionic Body Armor would continuously scan the area for incoming projectiles. If any were detected, the system would deliver a shock to the muscles causing a swift, reflexive action away from the bullet.

I think this invention will be of great use for the soldiers who are on the battlefield. But I wonder if it can dodge tanks shells or rockets as well? Maybe that's the next one in line!
