The T700 is BenQ's first touchscreen display camera and has the pride of being the slimmest (0.5 inches wide) so far. It is a 7 megapixel beauty that has an elegant 3" touchscreen display and is housed in a stainless steel casing. It has a 'tag to enlarge' function that allows users to enlarge specific areas of their photos by tapping the screen. The display has a resolution of 232,000 pixels and features a Pentax SMC (Super Multi-Coating) lens for high contrast images and with high color saturation. Another camera from BenQ is the X725 which is the upgrade to award-winning X720. It features Pentax 3x optical zoom lens with a Sliding Lens System.

Both BenQ T700 and X725 digital cameras have an advanced S.S.F (Super Shake Free) system which reduces image blur caused by shaky hands and moving images. The T700 costs $298.
