Car radio specialists Becker Germany have announced the ‘Classic’ Mexico radio which may old fashioned but when it comes to features it packs navigation, telephone, radio and card reader. The Becker Mexico has a high-quality look with its chrome bezel rings and fine horizontal lines set against piano black lacquer. The 13 color high res display shows all the required functions. It has a SD / CF card reader and comes with a 2 GB card which will holds navigation data for 32 countries. You can also load up memory cards with music files and navigation data. The deck also swallows your SIM card which allows you to directly access the contacts and make calls, send and receive text messages and browse WAP sites. The Becker Mexico includes Bluetooth connectivity for hands free calling. Surprisingly with all these features it does not have a CD player however it can function as a remote CD player.

With all these hi tech features you do not need to take your hands of the wheel as the Becker Mexico comes with 200 pre-programmed voice commands and 50 learnable commands for the navigation system. The Becker Mexico 7948 will be available from July in Germany for 1500 Euros ($ 1930).
