The one thing I don’t like in my boudoir is too much light, especially during the time of day that it’s not required, I mean at night. So if it came down to the purchase of a lamp, the one designed by Bart Lens', a Belgian designer, the XXXLamp, which just so happens to be the biggest lamp on the planet right now, would not be on my list. Forget about the fact that it is 13-feet in diameter and 5.25-feet high and I don’t have the room, it’s a little showy. Sorry that’s an understatement. It uses three white light sources and is available on order with RGB LEDs so you can choose the color of your preference via a remote control. That doesn’t change my mind; I still think a gust of strong wind would raise my roof with this overgrown Chinese lantern over my bed, which is the motif the designer has adopted.
