It's raining DVD players in Japan this time from Nagese Corp Japan which has come out with 2 portable DVD players. The AXN 5429T pictured above has 4.2 inch LCD display and built in speakers (0.2w×2ch output). Other than DVD discs it can playback DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW (MP3 and Jpeg) discs. Connect the optional AXN-TN200 analog TV tuner and you can watch TV on this little baby. It's battery provides two hours of continuous playback on a full charge. The AXN 5429T measures 144 x 142 x 40mm and weighs 460 grams. The unit measures 238×160×35.5mm and weighs 1015 grams. The AXN 5909TN (picture after the jump) has a 9 inch LCD display and supports playback like AXN 5429T. It has an inbuilt TV tuner and it's battery lasts for 2 and half hour on a full charge. Standard accessories include remote control, carrying case, AV cord, AC adapter and car adapter.

The AXN 5429T will be available from April 20 in Japan for 17,000 Yen ($ 145) and AXN 5909TN from April 26 for 38,000 Yen ($ 322)
