I’ll be brutally honest; unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances beyond my means of control I missed out on the whole Nintendo Game Boy bit. Yes it pains me but one can’t miss what one never had, but damn it I do! And although I’ve since moved on, it’s great reminiscing about the old consoles, hand-held or otherwise. But Game Boy fans are still out there and here are some of the most awesome custom designed game boys I’ve ever seen, I f I had to buy one now, I’d want one of these.

First up on my list is the Transformers Sound Wave Game Boy. Being a Transformers fan this got me right in the mush zone. My next selection, And I’m pretty much assuming these are mods I’m fully intending to buy (at least in my head), would be the Brushed Metal Game Boy. It adds an air for class to the gaming device. The hardcore Steampunk Game Boy is next on my list although I still believe it’s a bit over the top, It does seem like something that I would have seeing as I love metal. I’d also like this, the Carbon Fiber Game Boy as it’ll at least be able to withstand a few hard knocks every now and then. My family’s a bit rough... just kidding. The last on my list would have to be the Heartboy all transparent red LED back-lit Game Boy. I’m not entirely sure why I like it but fact that I can see the innards of any electrical device has always fascinated me.
