Asahi rain sensor for the ultimate lazy bone

him_B.jpg
The Japanese have gadgets for almost everything for foot warming slippers to microscopes for checking your dandruff and now the rain sensor. Developed by Asahi Japan the device has two parts a sensor and an alarm. You place the sensor at the balcony or any place where it comes in contact with the rain and once it does the wireless alarm in your room rings. Very useful for those days when you are too lazy to look out of the window when watching TV and gulping beer. So when the alarm goes off you can rush off and save the laundry put out for drying from soaking. Frankly it has no practical use.

The Asahi AAM-100 rain sensor is available in Japan for 3980 Yen ($ 34).
