The Archos 704-WiFi has now been officially unleashed upon media fanboys. It comes with 802.11g WiFi support. The superb 7 inch display screen supports resolutions of up to 800x480. It comes with amazing media support capabilities with support for formats like MP3, WMA, MPEG-4 ASP@L5 AVI and WMV. Additional plug-ins can also be added for h.264, MPEG-2 MP@ML, and AAC formats. It is also enriched with support for PlaysForSure as well as a PDF reader pre-installed. The rest of the specs include an Opera web browser, built-in stereo speakers, 5 hours video playback, 80GB Hard Drive, DVR dock (for recording shows aired on TV on the player) and last but not the least, it’s a very attractive to look at.

The Archos 704-WiFi costs $550. It sure is worth all this money.
