Archos.JPG SFR, in partnership with Archos, has announced the Archos 5 3G + that has the 3G/3G + more WiFi. It includes a 5-inch touchscreen, built-in access to 3G wireless data networks and Wi-Fi. Included with the device is a 30GB hard drive, the smallest of the range that also offer 60GB, 120GB and 250GB capacity disks. The device uses the Opera mobile browser for Internet access and so is more accurate than most mobile web software. The Archos 5 3G+ weighs in at just over half a pound.

SFR will sell the Archos 5 for the equivalent of $320 along with a two-year contract that will cost current SFR subscribers the equivalent of about $26 per month, or new ones about $32 for virtually unlimited data plans.
