The Apple iBooks 2 has been announced for the iPad. The tool will help enhance learning on the world's most loved tablet. Textbooks on the tablet will now be enabled with some breathtaking visuals and animations. The textbook content will be frequently updated and will also help in shedding the pile of books you manage at home and in your lockers. Apple has noted alliances working for them with this deal, including McGraw-Hill and Pearson.

The textbooks come priced at $15, mostly. The application will be available free of cost though.
